Gilmore Girls S5 E12 "Come Home"/Buffy S5 E12 "Checkpoint"
Both shows end with confident women delivering brutally honest speeches to men they find weak. And while Anya tries to hide that she's a demon, Emily is VERY open about it. Emily's not the only boss dropping by unexpectedly, as Glory pays Buffy a visit. The Council/Logan play mind games with Buffy/Rory. Richard finally moves back in with Emily. Joyce finally moves in with Spike, and as Joyce and Spike bond over Passions, Zack and Mrs. Kim bond over their passion for controlling Lane's fashion. And it's not clear which there's more of: Knights of Byzantium or stacks of Rory's notes.
